1. The service
AudioMap is a SaaS transcription and AI notes platform operated by José Díaz from Madrid, Spain. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using the product, you accept these terms.
2. Your use
- You may only upload audio you have the right to process (your own or with explicit consent from those recorded).
- You may not use AudioMap for secret recording, illegal purposes, or prohibited content (incitement, abuse, etc.).
- You may not attempt to break, mass-scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
3. Pricing and cancellation
- Prices shown are excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated based on your billing country.
- Monthly or annual subscriptions. Annual gives a permanent discount.
- Cancel with one click from your account. No commitment.
- 30-day refund if not satisfied. No questions, no long forms.
- If you exceed your monthly quota, we notify you and you can top up or upgrade your plan.
4. Your data
You are the absolute owner of your audio and transcriptions. We are technical custodians. For more details see the Privacy Policy.
Your audio is never used to train AI. This is a contractual obligation, not a preference.
5. Availability and support
- Best-effort availability. Formal SLA only on Power plan.
- Email support for all plans ([email protected]).
- Planned maintenance announced 48 hours in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
Transcriptions and AI Notes are AI-generated and may contain errors. We assume no liability for decisions made based on them. In legal, medical, or financial contexts, verify any critical points manually against the original audio.
AudioMap's maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes and jurisdiction
We may update these terms. We notify you 30 days in advance if the change is material. Jurisdiction: courts of Madrid, Spain. Applicable law: Spanish. If you reside in the EU, you retain the rights granted by your country's consumer legislation.
