Terms of Service

AudioMap is a SaaS platform for audio transcription and AI meeting notes, operated by Codelabs Studio, S.L. (CIF B88708797), registered in Spain. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use AudioMap.
• One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

• Only upload audio you have the right to process — your own recordings or those where all participants have given explicit consent.
• Do not use AudioMap to record anyone without their knowledge, for unlawful purposes, or to process prohibited content (incitement, abuse, illegal activity).
• Do not attempt to circumvent, mass-scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

• Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added based on your billing country.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account before the renewal date — no commitment, no cancellation fee.
• 30-day refund guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
• If you exceed your plan quota, we notify you. You can top up minutes or upgrade your plan.

• You are the absolute owner of your audio files, transcriptions, and AI Notes. We act as a technical custodian only.
• Your audio is never used to train AI models — ours or any third party's. This is a contractual obligation, not a preference.
• You can delete your content at any time. We permanently remove it from our systems within 7 days.

You are responsible for ensuring that any recordings you upload to or generate with AudioMap comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. In Spain, recording a conversation you are part of is lawful (STC 114/1984; STS 22-04-2002); in other jurisdictions (some US states, Canada, etc.) all-party consent may be required.

AudioMap is a neutral tool — we do not promote silent recording as a value proposition. If your use affects third parties, consider obtaining their explicit consent before recording.

• Your content: you retain all ownership rights to the audio, transcriptions, and notes you create in AudioMap.
• Our platform: the AudioMap service, interface, algorithms, and brand are owned exclusively by Codelabs Studio, S.L. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
• Feedback: any suggestions you share with us may be used to improve the service without compensation or obligation.

The service is provided "as is." Transcriptions and AI Notes are generated by AI and may contain errors — do not base critical legal, medical, or financial decisions on them without manual verification against the original audio.

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Changes: we may update these terms. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance for any material change. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
• Termination: either party may close the account at any time. On closure, we delete your content within 30 days. The consent audit log is retained for 6 years as required by Spanish law.
• Governing law & jurisdiction: Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to Spanish courts. EU consumers retain the rights granted by their national consumer legislation.
• Online Dispute Resolution: under EU Regulation 524/2013, you may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
