Are coaching sessions legally recordable?+
Yes, with express coachee consent at the start of the relationship (included in your coaching contract/agreement). AudioMap gives you immutable audit log of each registered consent. If the coachee doesn't consent, don't use AudioMap for that relationship.
What if the coachee is from my client company (corporate coach)?+
The coachee is always the data subject, not the company. Coachee consent is mandatory even if the company pays for the coaching. AudioMap processes with legal basis "data subject consent".
Does it work for group sessions or team supervision?+
Yes. Diarization separates speakers. Useful for team coaching, group dynamics and supervision. Be careful: consent is required from ALL participants, not just the facilitator.
How do I handle process closure?+
At closing a relationship with a coachee, you have 3 options: (1) delete the entire history immediately, (2) keep 1-2 years in case they return, (3) deliver export to the coachee. Public endpoint for the coachee to request access or deletion themselves.
