You cannot recall whether the client said exactly that or you are paraphrasing
AudioMap transcribes the meeting, separates who spoke and answers your questions citing the minute each sentence comes from. It is the difference between remembering and being able to show.
“I cannot remember whether the client said exactly that or I am paraphrasing.”
The template that solves it
Analysis template
Legal
One of AudioMap's thirteen analysis templates. It does not return a generic meeting summary: it returns what a legal session actually has, and it leaves empty whatever nobody said.
What it produces
- Clauses mentioned, with the moment they were discussed
- Parties involved, separated by speaker diarization
- Risks flagged during the session
- Full transcript with timestamp and speaker
- Citations you can verify against the original audio
And the deliverable that comes out of the same note
Informal legal minutes
The same note produces a document with the parties present, background, issues raised, each party's position, provisional agreements and deadlines. Verbatim quotes appear only when they are literally in the transcript. It always ends with a legal notice the generator is forbidden to rewrite or omit: this is not certified minutes, and the document says so.
Other templates for your sector
Meeting minutes
For internal firm meetings or board meetings that don't need the legal disclaimer of formal minutes: summary, decisions and tasks.
Follow-up email
The recap that goes out right after the session, with what was agreed and who owns each step.
Email for whoever missed it
Context and decisions for a partner or colleague who wasn't in the session.
Three things that change your week
Citations with the exact minute
The chat answers about the note citing the moment each claim comes from, and the player jumps to that second. A sentence without a citation is a sentence you can reject.
Who said what
Diarization separates the parties in the transcript, and personal vocabulary spells names, company names and case references correctly from the first pass.
Share without handing over the audio
You can share the note with an expiry date of up to a year and hide the audio, or invite someone to that specific note with view, comment or edit permission.
A real use case from the sector
A commercial lawyer in Barcelona had spent twelve years writing minutes by hand after every session. With AudioMap he reviews what the AI generates instead of building from scratch, and gets back about eight hours a week.
Your data never leaves Europe
A recording of a client meeting carries third-party data, sometimes health data and almost always financial data. AudioMap transcribes and analyses on servers in the European Union, and it does not sneak into the video call: no bot shows up in your client's participant list. You record, with the consent it is right to ask for.
Before you decide, compare it with the generic tools you already know.
How we compare
The major English-language tools are powerful, but rarely treat Spanish as a first-class citizen. We do.

Which plan you need
Pro is where the whole case works: 3,600 min/mo, global chat across all your notes so you can look up what was discussed with a client months ago, automatic template detection by domain and API access. The free plan gives you 300 min/mo and is enough to run one session end to end.
The Pro plan costs €19 a month billed annually.

Does a bot join my video call?
No. AudioMap does not enter the meeting: you record from your phone or from the web, or you upload the file afterwards. Your client sees no added participant.
Can I verify a quote against the original audio?
Yes. Every chat answer comes with its timestamp and the player jumps to that second. The transcript also exports as TXT, SRT or JSON.
Where is the audio processed?
On servers in the European Union. The data residency page details what happens at each step.
Does the document count as certified minutes?
No, and the document says so itself: it ends with a verbatim legal notice the generator cannot modify. It is a working draft, not an opinion.
What does it cost for a firm with many clients?
The Pro plan costs €19 per month with annual billing and includes 3,600 min/mo: enough for several dozen advisory sessions or board meetings a month. For a firm with several lawyers, the right unit is the team plan, with a shared library. No commitment, one-click cancel.
