You repeat the same review with fifteen clients and forget what you told each one
AudioMap records the session, analyses it with the Meeting minutes template and generates the tax review document with the obligations, the deadlines and the legal notice inside.
“I repeat the same review with fifteen clients and I forget what I told each of them.”
The template that solves it
Analysis template
Meeting minutes
One of AudioMap's thirteen analysis templates. For a client review it is the one that fits best, and on the Pro plan it is detected automatically from the domain of the conversation.
What it produces
- Summary of the session, with no filler
- Decisions taken during the review
- Tasks with their owner
- Full transcript with timestamp and speaker
- Chat answers citing the exact minute
And the deliverable that comes out of the same note
Tax review
Client context (activity and regime), tax milestones for the period, upcoming obligations with their deadlines, issues raised during the session, advisor recommendations (only the ones actually verbalised) and documentation still to be delivered. It always ends with a verbatim legal notice: not a tax opinion, not a certified return, not professional advice.
Other templates for your sector
Meeting minutes
For internal committees or team meetings that don't need the tax disclaimer of the review: summary, decisions and tasks.
Follow-up email
The recap that goes out right after the review, with what was agreed and who handles each step.
Thank-you email
To close a one-off consultation or an annual planning session with a short, cordial message.
Three things that change your week
The history, searchable
Global chat queries all your notes at once, so "what did we tell this client about the training deduction" is answered against the six sessions you had with them, with the minute of each answer.
Names spelled right
Personal vocabulary loads company names, surnames, form names and acronyms once and uses them in every session. If something slips, the term is corrected across the whole transcript in one go.
The follow-up, already written
The same note produces three deliverables: the email with what was agreed, the review document and a slide deck when it has to be presented. They arrive as drafts and you edit them.
A real use case from the sector
A tax advisor in Madrid used to spend ninety minutes redoing the minutes of every client meeting. With AudioMap it takes five: upload the audio, edit three things and sign.
Your data never leaves Europe
A client session carries turnover figures, sometimes health data when sick leave comes up, and always names. AudioMap transcribes and analyses on servers in the European Union, so the tool does not open an awkward conversation with your data protection officer and does not lean on an international transfer that would have to be justified.
Before you decide, compare it with the generic tools you already know.
How we compare

Which plan you need
Pro is the reference plan for a firm: 3,600 min/mo, global chat across all notes, automatic template detection, multidimensional summaries and REST API access. The free plan gives you 300 min/mo, enough to run the whole circuit with one session.
The Pro plan costs €19 a month billed annually.

Do I need the client's consent to record?
Yes, and asking at the start is the right thing to do. AudioMap does not hide the recording: no bot joins the call, so the only way a recording exists is for someone to start it in plain sight.
Can the tax review document be edited before sending it?
Yes, it is a draft: generated, reviewed and edited. What should not be removed is the legal notice, which is precisely the part the generator protects.
Can I look up what was discussed with a client months ago?
With global chat, yes: it queries your whole library at once and answers citing the note and the minute. Available from the Pro plan.
Does it work for a firm with several people?
Yes, and there the right unit is the team plan: a shared library, so sessions do not live in the personal account of whoever recorded them and do not leave with that person.
Is the generated tax review legally valid?
Not on its own. The document includes a verbatim legal notice: it does not constitute a certified tax opinion. It's a working draft that you review and sign: legal validity rests on your professional signature, not on AudioMap.
What does it cost for a 50-client firm?
The Pro plan costs €19 per month with annual billing and includes 3,600 min/mo: enough for thirty to forty client meetings a month at forty-five minutes each. For more volume, or for several people in the firm, the right unit is the team plan. No commitment, one-click cancel.
