This site presents AudioMap, an online service that transcribes audio, identifies who is speaking and uses artificial intelligence to produce notes, summaries, mind maps and deliverables from meetings, interviews and voice notes. Here you can read about features, pricing and documentation, create an account and subscribe to a plan.

The service is provided at app.audiomap.ai, in the mobile apps and through the API and the MCP connector for developers. Subscribing to and using it are governed by the terms and conditions, which prevail over this notice on everything they cover.

Access to the informational pages is free. Some features require registration and, where applicable, a paid subscription. By browsing the site you agree to use it lawfully, not to try to access areas or data you are not authorised to access, not to introduce malicious code, and not to use it in any way that damages the site or prevents others from using it.

• The AudioMap brand and logo, the site design, its code, texts and graphics belong to CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, transform or publicly communicate them without written permission, except for your own personal and private use.
• The audio, transcripts and notes you create in AudioMap are yours: see the terms and conditions for details.
• Third-party trademarks shown on the site, for example in comparisons with other services, belong to their owners and are cited for information and comparison only, without implying any relationship or endorsement.

• We aim to keep the site available and its information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or remove content when necessary, for example for maintenance.
• Transcripts, notes and answers from the service are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for legal, medical or financial decisions without checking them against the original audio.
• Comparisons and performance figures reflect the information available on the publication date shown on each page.
• The site contains links to third-party sites. We do not control or answer for their content; if we become effectively aware that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it promptly (article 17 LSSI-CE).
• We are not liable for damage caused by use of the site contrary to this notice or to the law.

This legal notice and the use of the site are governed by Spanish law. If you are a business or professional, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain), where CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. has its registered office, waiving any other forum that might apply. If you are a consumer, the courts determined by mandatory law will have jurisdiction (generally those of your place of residence) and, where the law allows, also those of Málaga; this does not limit any right that consumer law grants you.
