Does AudioMap comply with lawyer professional secrecy?+
Yes. Professional secrecy (art. 32 Spanish Bar General Statute) requires confidentiality and not sharing with third parties without authorization. AudioMap processes on European infrastructure under direct control, with publicly documented sub-processors. Transcripts never reach American providers.
Do the generated minutes have legal value?+
As notarial minutes, no — and AudioMap is explicit about this. The verbatim disclaimer in each minutes says "Does NOT constitute certified documentary evidence or notarial act". As internal working document or annex, yes: it serves as support for communications, agreement reminders and traceability.
What if the counterparty asks to delete their voice from a recording?+
We have public endpoint /legal/request-deletion. The counterparty fills the form, we validate identity, and audio + transcript + voiceprint is deleted. This is AEPD April 2026 requirement most American competitors do not comply with.
Can I use AudioMap to record the other party without warning?+
NO. AudioMap is not a covert recording tool. You are responsible for warning all participants per Spanish case law (STC 114/1984, STS 22-04-2002) and obtaining consent. AudioMap processes what you decide to upload.
